03-12-2010 - U.S. Census Bureau - U.S. CENSUS BUREAU SEEKING APPLICANTS LOCALLY
The U.S. Census Bureau is still seeking qualified applicants in Cherokee County to act as Census
Takers - that rate of pay, will range from $9.00 to $14.75 an hour with paid mileage, and you will
be paid for training sessions; the work hours will be flexible and suited to each selected applicants
availability.
A number of information meetings will be taking place around the county over the coming weeks.
On Thursday, March 11th:
at 6:00pm in Room 238 on the campus of Gadsden State Cherokee in Centre
at 6:00pm at the McCord`s Volunteer Fire Department in Forney;
On Friday, March 12th:
at 10:00am at Sand Rock Town Hall
at 4:00pm at the Cedar Bluff Community Center
