Mrs. Tonya Fowler Izell, age 38, passed away Friday.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 2:00pm at the Collinsville Funeral Home - Sharpe
Chapel with burial to follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
Survivors include:
Husband - Eric Izell;
Son - De Wayne Izell;
Daughter - Lindsey Izell;
Parents - Jesse and Pat Fowler;
Sister - Wendy Henderson;
Brother - Kevin Fowler;
and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Tha family will receive friends at the funeral home today (Tuesday) from 4:00 - 8:00pm.
