In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:
Irene Lorraine Newton Spouse, age 43 of Sand Rock was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;
Gregory Alvis Floyd, age 48 from Ft Payne, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;
Kelly Renee Myers, age 21 of Centre charged with Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;
Benjamin Lee Hunter, age 30 of Centre 48 Hour Court Order;
Terry Ralph LeCroy, age 46 of Centre Violation of Release Order;
Johnny Lynn Tucker, age 29 of Leesburg, was charged with Theft of Property 3rd Degree;
Crystal Diane Brown, age 42 of Rainbow City Violation of Family Protection Order;
Christy Maddox Bryant, age 29 of Piedmont, charged with Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Assault;
Byron Davis Agan, age 18 of Sand Rock charged with Minor in Possession of Alcohol;
And
Miles Jackson Greeson, age 25 of Centre was charged with Failure to Appear on the prior charge of Fishing without a License.
Currently there are 121 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
