Amy Lynn Wilson, age 32 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana at 1:49 pm. Brian Keith Veal, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance at 11:00 am. Tanda Sue Northrup, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Contributing to Delinquency at 2:02 pm. Charles Joshua Morgan, age 28 of Rainsville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Theft of Property and Judicial Court Services at 2:22 pm.
