Criminal Mischief Occurred at 4811 Gault Ave NE, a door was damaged, valued at $100.00
Damaged Property Occurred at 1000 Gault Ave SE, one box utility trailer and four utility trailers were damaged, valued at $7500.00

Justin Lamon Blackburn, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 360 Days at 4:15 pm.

Burglary Occurred at 202 Lakeview Road SE, taken was a 1.2 carat emerald white gold ring, two white gold weeding bands, one black titanium male wedding band, one set 2 carat white gold earrings, 40 inch Sanyo flat screen TV, 19 inch Dynex flat screen TV, and box of miscellaneous pieces of jewelry, valued at $9700.00
Burglary Occurred at 1135 Beason Gap Road NE, taken was a Phillips 47 inch LCD big screen TV, valued at $1400.00

John Lionel Welcome, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested on an Alias Warrant for Driving While Revoked at 11:06 pm.

Lost Property Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a wallet with contents was lost, valued at $20.00

An accident occurred at Gault Ave NW and 21st Street NW, Jamie Jones Gray, age 37 of Scottsboro, driving a 2004 Lexus RX was struck by Daniel B Edsell, age 32 of Fort Payne, driving a 2000 Ford Explorer. Jamie Gray was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
An accident with injury occurred at Desoto Parkway and Culpepper Ave NE, Jose Paco Villegas, Jr., age 23 of Fort Payne, driving a 1992 Ford Ranger left the roadway and overturned, he was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident with injury occurred at the intersection of Godfrey Ave N and 5th Street NE, Patricia A Presley, age 25 of Section, driving a 1996 Saturn struck Steve Alan Hughes, age 29 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Ford F150. A juvenile passenger in the Saturn was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
An accident with injury occurred on Grand Ave SW and Ryan Lane SW, Francisco Javier Rico, age 25 of Fort Payne, driving a 2001 Dodge Stratus was injured when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole. He was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
