Friday April 15th
Incidents
Theft of Property Occurred at 1501 Culpepper Ave NE, taken was a plow with disc, single row cultivator with 3 point hitch and a Covington seed planter, valued at $600.00

Lawrence Joseph Adams, age 30 of Cleveland, Tn. was arrested on an Alias Warrant for Failure to Pay at 4:52 pm.
Ty Fuller Rooks, age 19 of Geraldine, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol and Possession of Open Container at 11:00 pm.
A 17 year old female juvenile from Collinsville, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol, at 11:00 pm.

Curtis Taylor Evans, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Reckless Endangerment and Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs at 1:44 pm.
Christopher Steve Pendergrass, age 33 of Grant, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 4:43 pm.
Elizabeth Kari Ann Cobb, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 5:34 pm.
Ashley Lasha Cobb, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 5:34 pm.
Tommie Jermaine Jones, age 36 of Collinsville, was arrested on an Alias Warrant for DUI at 6:27 pm.

An accident with injury occurred at the intersection of Gault Ave N and 12th Street NW, Ana Maria Juan, age 18 of Fort Payne, driving a 2006 Toyota Corolla struck Morris Simpson, age 84 of Fort Payne, driving a 1999 Ford Escape. Morris Simpson was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle Occurred at 400 Beason Gap Road NE, a 1998 Ford Taurus was taken without permission, valued at $3000.00
