Monday March 7th
Incident
Theft of Property Occurred at 1028 Gault Ave S, taken was $100.00 in U.S. currency
Theft of Property Occurred at 202 Greenhill Blvd NW, a vehicle tag was taken, valued at $60.00
Theft of Property Occurred at 2001 Desoto Parkway NE, taken was a bottle of Mondavi wine, valued at $12.00
Theft of Property Occurred at 704 Godfrey Ave NE, taken was SKS, High Point pistol, 22 revolver, box of 380 ammunition, and $1800.00 in U.S. currency, valued at $2850.00

Eulalia Jose Francisco, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement and Reckless Endangerment, Driving Without a License and No Proof of Insurance at 1:29 pm.
Esteban Nicolas Antonio, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for DUI a two for Domestic Violence at 5:45 pm.
Jessica Aletha Kuykendall, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 8 Days at 5:30 pm.
Raul Felix, age 23 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 134 Days at 5:30 pm.
Bryan Scott Jones, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on an Alias Warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:55 pm.

An accident with injuries occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and I-59 Intersection, William Lee Merritt age 38 of Wildwood, Ga., driving a 2004 Chevrolet 1GB struck Barbara Garland Larson, age 69 of Alcoa, Tn., driving a 2008 Lexus RX5. Merritt, Larson, and passengers Donald Larson and a female juvenile were all taken to Dekalb Region by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Criminal Mischief Occurred at 1900 Gault Ave N, Plexiglas on a vending machine was damaged, valued at $75.00
Criminal Mischief Occurred at 4915 Martin Ave NE, a door and deadbolt were damaged, valued at $250.00
Criminal Mischief Occurred at 4915 Martin Ave NE, a mirror and cabinet stand, three picture frames and assortment of clothing were all damaged, valued at $290.00
