THREE INDICTED ON ARSON CHARGES

A federal grand jury indicts three people in connection with a fire at another historic site in Calhoun County.
21-year-old Jody Kyle Maples of Lineville, 20-year-old Grover Shannon Newell and 20-year-old Jennifer Megan Brooks on Anniston are each charged with one count of arson.
Prosecutors believe the three are responsible for burning down the old Pink E. Burns Cabin near the Rabbittown community in March of 2009.
If convicted of the federal charges, each suspect could face 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
