TWO MEN CHARGED FOR FIGHTING IN JAIL

An incident at the Floyd County Jail Monday resulted in charges against two inmates.
31-year old Jeffrey Dashaun Elkins and 20-year old Toby Lewis Price are accused of committing a violent act against each other.
Records at the jail did not specify what those acts were. Both men have been charged with rioting in a penal institution.
