CHEROKEE COUNTY ARREST FILES FOR TUESDAY

In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:
Jeremy DeWayne Hardy, age 32 of Piedmont, was charged with Defrauding Secured Creditors,
with Failure to Pay on a prior charge of Negotiating Worthless Negotiable Instruments, and w/
Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;
Cody Daniel Mullinax, age 20 of Leesburg, was charged with Theft of Services 3rd Degree;
Colby Stuart Brunson, age 24 of Leesburg - Court Order;
Jeffrey Todd Connell, 44 of Gaylesville, was charged with Failure to Appear on a prior charge
of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;
Lamar Eugene Warren, age 29 of Piedmont - charged with Failure to Pay on a prior charge of
Negotiating Worthless Negotiable Instruments;
and
Emmanuel Heath Kiser, age 32 of Cedar Bluff, is On Hold for authorities in Floyd County.
Currently there are 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
