Burglary  Occurred at 1828 Gault Ave N, taken was assorted hand tools, valued at $300.00

Theft of Property  Occurred at Burkes Outlet, taken was jewelry, two blouses, two tank tops, pants, boots, a pair of shoes, sunglasses, 3 pairs of earrings and one ring, valued at $142.84

John Stan Beretowski, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Second Degree Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:20 am.

Stacie Nicole McBride, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Third Degree Theft of Property at 11:55 am.

Judy Crabtree Burris, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Third Degree Theft of Property at 11:55 am.

Kitty Lynn Pace, age 21 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 175 Days at 5:00 pm.

Roy Daniel Bromwell, age 22 of McKee, Ky., was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:09 pm.

Justin David Spurlock, age 25 of Tiner, Ky., was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:09 pm.

Tracy Walton Lewis, age 29 Gray Hawk, Ky., was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:09 pm.

Brent Preston Hunter, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 210 days at 5:59 pm.

Andres Rodolfo Gaspar, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 11:23 pm.

Attempted Burglary  Occurred at 812 Railroad Ave SE, damaged was two glass doors with metal frames and one steel door jam, damage valued at $100.00

Burglary  Occurred at 1180 Houston Loop Road NW, taken was a gold ring, prescription medication and coffee filters, valued at $348.00

Duty to Stop and Remain  Occurred at 1500 Glenn Blvd SW, a passenger side door on a Ford F150 was damaged, valued at $3800.00

Forgery  Occurred at 2605 Greenhill Blvd, three checks were forged, valued at $225.00

Theft of Property  Occurred at Wal-Mart, taken was a six pack of Five Hour energy shots, valued at $12.97
