FT PAYNE POLICE REPORTS, SEPTEMBER 15th - 18th

Monday, Sept. 15 9/15 Burglary  residence on 45th Street NE  Taken was a clock radio valued at $65. Entry was gained through a door. Kandace Nicole Wilborn, age 22 and Alassane Cherif, age 23, both of Albertville, AL were charged with this burglary and the item was recovered.

9/15 Unlawful Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle  vehicle parked at a residence on Briarwood Av. SW  Taken a purse containing identification valued at $170.

9/15 Failure to Pay for Gasoline  Murphy Oil  Taken was $30 worth of gasoline.

9/15 Theft of Property  residence on 14th Street NE  Taken was medication valued at $60.

5 Arrests Debbie Wilson Bell, age 52, of Huntsville, AL was arrested on an Alias Warrant from a charge of Driving while Revoked on 9/15 at 12:56 AM. Kenneth Ray Buckles, age 58, of Fort Payne was arrested on a Dekalb Co. Warrant for Unlawful Distribution of Controlled Substance on 9/15 at 6:21 AM. Thomas Harold Eakin, age 67, of Fort Payne was arrested on a Dekalb Co. Warrant for Unlawful Distribution of Controlled Substance on 9/15 at 7:10 AM. Kerry Alan Holland, age 56, of Fort Payne was arrested for Public Intoxication on 9/15 at 2:48 PM. Mallory Anjantette Orr, age 21, of Fort Payne was arrested on an Etowah Co. Warrant for Negotiating a Worthless Negotiable Instrument on 9/15 at 10:22 PM.

Tuesday, Sept. 16 9/16 Theft of Property  Discount Food Mart located at 1800 Gault Av. N.  Taken was $200. The offender is known.

9/16  Unlawful Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle  vehicle parked at 651 Wallace Av. NE  Taken from a 1998 Ford was a wallet containing credit cards, identification, medication, and $87.

9/16 Criminal Mischief  Daves Auto Detailing located at 1603 Gault Av. N.  Damaged was a window valued at $100.

4 Arrests Terry Wayne Calvary, age 26, of Fort Payne was arrested on a Section Failure To Appear Warrant on 9/16 at 1:22 PM. Alto Terrell Moore, age 36, of Fort Payne was arrested on a Contempt of Court Warrant on 9/16 at 2:38 PM. Jennifer Suznne Harris, age 31, of Fort Payne was arrested for Illegal Possession of Prescription Medication on 9/16 at 5:33 PM. Kristopher Lennard Boyette, age 27, of Fort Payne was arrested for Domestic Violence on 9/16 at 8:53 PM.

Wednesday, Sept. 17 9/17 Theft of Property  Shipmans Heating and Cooling located at 2131 Gault Av. N.  Taken was a check valued at $648.

9/17 Failure to Pay for Gasoline  Murphy Oil  Taken was $62 worth of gasoline.

7 Arrests Jennifer Ann Lawson, age 19, of Woodville, AL was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant on 9/17 at 12:42 AM. Myles David Conley, II, age 26, of Fort Payne was arrested on two Probation Violation Warrants on 9/17 at 4:51 PM. John Lucian Williams, age 26, of Fort Payne was arrested for Unlawful Possession of an Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage on 9/17 at 4:49 PM. A 17 year old juvenile of Valley Head, AL was arrested for Theft of Property 3rd Degree on 9/17 at 4:42 PM. Chad Dewayne Roberts, age 22, of Fort Payne was arrested on an Alias Warrant from a charge of No Insurance on 9/17 at 6:31 PM. Tiffany R. Buckhanan, age 21, of Valley Head, AL was arrested for Public Intoxication on 9/17 at 11:47 PM. Jerry Dwayne Rosen, age 35, of Valley Head, AL was arrested for Public Intoxication on 9/17 at 11:47 PM.

Thursday, Sept. 18 9/18 Unlawful Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle  vehicle parked at a residence on 5th Street NW.  Taken from a 1998 Toyota was a CD player valued at $150.

9/18  Theft of Property  motorcycle parked at a residence on Sanders Av. NE  Taken was a Honda 80 valued at $500.

Warrant for Theft of Property 2nd Degree on 9/18 at 1:11 PM. Guy Joseph Schafer, age 49, of Florence, AL was arrested on an Alias Warrant from a charge of Running a Stop Sign at a Railroad Crossing on 9/18 at 8:45 PM.
