TWO ARRESTED FOR THEFT OF COPPER

Gadsden Police arrested two men on Sunday night for the theft of copper from a building on Chestnut Street.
Officers responded to the call shortly after 8:30pm, and upon arrival heard banging noises inside the building.
Shortly thereafter they witnessed two men coming out of the building with copper in their hands. The yet-to-be identified individuals were taken into custody and are expected to face charges related to the thefts.
