CONVENIENCE STORE HOLD-UP IN CEDARTOWN, GA

Cedartown Police report that an armed robbery occurred at a convenience store on Main Street near downtown on Thursday.
The suspects, described only as two black males, entered the store located at 1327 South Main and allegedly pointed a handgun at the clerk, demanding money.
The men then fled on foot, however, eyewitnesses report that the two may possibly have left the area in a red Ford Explorer.
An undisclosed amount of cash was taken in the hold-up.
The case is currently under investigation by Cedartown authorities.
