FT PAYNE POLICE REPORTS, MAY 2nd - 4th

Friday, May 2 5/2 Theft of Property  teacher at Fort Payne High School  Taken was a cellular phone valued at $300. A 12 year old juvenile of Fort Payne was arrested for Theft of Property 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree on 5/2 at 9:16 AM.

6 Arrests Michael Shawn Mitchell, age 26, of Fort Payne was arrested for Disorderly Conduct on 5/2 at 3:53 AM. A 17 year old juvenile of Fyffe, Al. was arrested for Rendering a False Alarm on 5/2 at 10:11 AM. A 12 year old juvenile of Fort Payne was arrested for Theft of Property 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree on 5/2 at 9:16 AM. Jacqueline Leann Stephens, age 30, of Fort Payne was arrested on a Dekalb Co. Alias Warrant on 5/2 at 11:20 AM. Cody Van Hudson, age 21, of Section, Al. was arrested on two Revocation Warrants on 5/2 at 8:25 PM. David Byron Womack, age 32, of Fort Payne was arrested on a State Probation Violation Warrant on 5/2 at 9:59 PM.

8 Accidents with 5 injuries An accident causing two injuries occurred on 5/2 at 5:50 PM on Glenn Blvd. SW between I59 and Airport Rd. W. Injured and transported to Dekalb Regional Medical Center by DAS was Meleigha Arianna Hartman, age 23 and a 15 year old juvenile, both of Chickamauga, Ga. They were passengers in a 2004 GMC Yukon with Tracie Elaine Wilkes, age 45, of Chickamauga, Ga. driving. They were traveling north on Glenn Blvd. SW and were stopped in traffic when a 2002 Chevrolet pickup truck driven by Wanda Burns Yates, age 55, of Fyffe, Al. who was also traveling north on Glenn Blvd. SW struck the GMC in the rear. An accident causing three injuries occurred on 5/2 at 9:00 PM on Gault Av. S. between 19th Street SE and 20th Street SW. Injured and transported to Dekalb Regional Medical Center by DAS were Shane Thomas Holcomb, age 21, Lori Leann Camino, age 41, and a 16 year old juvenile, all of Fort Payne. The juvenile was driving a 2004 Chevrolet traveling north on Gault Av. S. and struck the rear of a 1998 Ford pickup truck driven by Holcomb who was also traveling north on Gault Av. S. but stopped to make a left turn. Camino was a passenger in the 1998 Ford.

3 Arrests Arturo Lopez, age 31, of Fort Payne was arrested for DUI and Unlawful Possession of an Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage on 5/3 at 1:56 AM. Rogelico Mejia, age 27, of Fort Payne was arrested for Unlawful Possession of an Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage and Public Intoxication on 5/3 at 1:55 AM. Mary Theresa Galloway, age 37, of Fort Payne was arrested for Domestic Violence on 5/3 at 2:55 AM.

Sunday, May 4 5/4 Burglary  residence on 68th Street NW  Taken were landscape rocks valued at $55. $100 in damage was caused to a door in gaining entry.

5/4 Criminal Mischief  vehicle parked at a residence on Martin Av. NE  Damaged was a window on a 1994 Chevrolet valued at $300.

9 Arrests Charles Travis Owens, age 23, of Fort Payne was arrested for DUI on 5/4 at 1:11 AM. Dorsey Allen Wilbanks, age 45, of Scottsboro, Al. was arrested for Unlawful Possession of an Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage on 5/4 at 1:14 AM. Ricky Harold King, age 33, of Fort Payne was arrested for DUI on 5/4 at 2:17 AM. Jacoby Lee Rominger, age 24, of Centre, Al. was arrested for Unlawful Possession of an Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage on 5/4 at 2:24 AM. Barbara Ivey Womack, age 33, of Fort Payne was arrested for Unlawful Possession of an Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage on 5/4 at 2:32 AM. Cory Allen Campbell, age 19, of Fort Payne was arrested for Underage Possession or Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on 5/4 at 4:38 AM. Matthew Allen Culberson, age 19, of Fort Payne was arrested for Underage Possession or Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on 5/4 at 4:38 AM. Seth Earl Gregg, age 18, of Collinsville, Al. was arrested for Underage Possession or Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on 5/4 at 4:38 AM. Robert Dale Moses, age 34, of Fort Payne was arrested on a Dekalb Co. Alias Warrant on 5/4 at 11:35 AM.
