A Trion, Georgia man is facing charges in relation to an automobile accident which took place on April 6th.
Wilburn Jarrett was hospitalized in Chattanooga, Tennessee for 21 days prior to passing away on April 27th, from injuries sustained during that accident.
On Monday of this week 19 year old Raichard Francisco was charged with Homicide by Vehicle 2nd Degree.
