Monday, March 17 3/17 Theft of Property  vehicle parked at a residence on 1913 Lincoln Av. NE  Taken was a 1992 Pontiac Grand Prix valued at $1,100.

7 Arrests James Ray Glaze, Jr., age 52, of Fort Payne was arrested on an Alias Warrant from a charge of Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree on 3/17 at 12:20 PM. David Lee Foote, Jr., age 28, of Pisgah, Al. was arrested on a Revocation Warrant and a Probation Violation Warrant on 3/17 at 12:14 PM. A 17 year old juvenile of Fort Payne was arrested for Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree and Underage Possession or Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on 3/17 at 1:36 PM. Ashley Nicole Stephens, age 23, of Fort Payne was arrested on a Revocation Warrant on 3/17 at 4:08 PM. Norman Daniel Satterfield, age 24, of Henagar, Al. was arrested on a Jackson Co. Warrant for Domestic Violence on 3/17 at 2:31 PM. Thomas Michael Jenkins, age 25, of Flat Rock, Al. was arrested on Dekalb Co. Warrants for Using a False ID to Obstruct Justice, Theft of Property 3rd Degree, and three for Forgery 2nd Degree on 3/17 at 7:00 PM. James Daniel Sitz, age 28, of Gadsden, Al. was arrested on an Alias Warrant on 3/17 at 11:15 PM.

Tuesday, March 18 3/18 Theft of Property  Walmart  Taken was medication valued at $23. Carrie Tarvin Greeson, age 40, of Rainsville, Al. was arrested for Theft of Property 3rd Degree on 3/18 at 4:59 PM and the items were recovered.

3/18 Failure to Pay for Gasoline  Murphy Oil  Taken was $30 worth of gasoline. 8 Arrests Scott Lee Lunsford, age 34, of Higdon, Al. was arrested on an Alias Warrant from a charge of Driving without License on 3/18 at 9:44 AM. Julian Escalante Guerrero, age 34, of Fort Payne was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence on 3/18 at 11:54 AM. Jesse Shane Lackey, age 36, of Henagar, Al. was arrested for Unlawful Possession of an Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage and Allowing an Underage Person to Possess or Consume Alcoholic Beverages on 3/18 at 3:25 PM. Allison Marie Rochester, age 18, of Fyffe, Al. was arrested for Underage Possession or Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on 3/18 at 3:45 PM. Barry Keith McAlpin, age 44, of Rainsville, Al. was arrested for Unlawful Possession of an Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage and Allowing an Underage Person to Possess or Consume Alcoholic Beverages on 3/18 at 3:48 PM. Carrie Tarvin Greeson, age 40, of Rainsville, Al. was arrested for Theft of Property 3rd Degree on 3/18 at 4:59 PM. James Kevin Martin, age 30, of Fyffe, Al. was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence on 3/18 at 5:17 PM. Ashley Nicole Stephens, age 23, of Fort Payne was arrested on a Dekalb Co. Warrant for Using a False ID to Obstruct Justice on 3/18 at 2:00 PM.

Wednesday, March 19 3/19 Theft of Property  Walgreens located at 1613 Glenn Blvd. SW  Taken was prescription medication valued at $7,662. The drug taken was Lortabs. The drugs were taken during a period between March 1 and March 19, 2008. Elizabeth Rowell Rainer, age 28, of Henagar, Al. was arrested on Dekalb Co. Warrants for three Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and three charges of Theft of Property 2nd Degree on 3/19 at 5:38 PM. Rainer was an employee at Walgreens at the time of the thefts.

3 Arrests Douglas Ray Haas, age 39, of Fort Payne was arrested for Domestic Violence on 3/19 at 11:50 AM. Rodney Paul Filyaw, age 30, of Ider, Al. was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant on 3/19 at 3:35 PM. Elizabeth Rowell Rainer, age 28, of Henagar, Al. was arrested on Dekalb Co. Warrants for three Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and three charges of Theft of Property 2nd Degree on 3/19 at 5:38 PM.

Thursday, March 20 3/20 Theft of Property  Walmart  Taken was a three pack of panties and a bra valued at $19. Tracy Michelle Sargent, age 39, of Westmorland , Tn. was arrested for Theft of Property 3rd Degree on 3/20 at 6:04 PM and the items were recovered.

4 Arrests Brandon Eugene Graham, age 23, of Fort Payne was arrested for Public Intoxication and Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree on 3/20 at 3:50 PM. Tracy Michelle Sargent, age 39, of Westmorland , Tn. was arrested for Theft of Property 3rd Degree on 3/20 at 6:04 PM. James Monroe Mince, age 27, of Rainsville, Al. was arrested on two Jackson Co. Warrants for Negotiating a Worthless Negotiable Instrument on 3/20 at 5:06 PM. Fred Carpenter, Jr., age 42, of Red Bank, Tn. was arrested for Criminal Trespassing 2nd Degree on 3/20 at 9:26 PM.

9 Arrests Michelle Lee Brown, age 22, of Rainsville, Al. was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant on 3/21 at 7:06 AM. Fred Carpenter, Jr., age 42, of Red Bank, Tn. was arrested on a Warrant for Harassment on 3/21 at 4:18 PM. Eric Stephen Jennings, age 26, of Fort Payne was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband and Possession of Tobacco Products in the City Jail on 3/21 at 4:58 PM. Jeffrey Todd Estes, age 40, of Fort Payne was arrested for Public Intoxication on 3/21 at 7:47 PM. Dynice Lyvonn Walker, age 28, of Fort Payne was arrested for Unlawful Possession of an Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage and Disorderly Conduct on 3/21 at 9:03 PM. Anthony Dale Todd, age 24, of Fort Payne was arrested for Unlawful Possession of an Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage on 3/21 at 9:11 PM. Jeffery Elbert Townsel, age 45, of Rainsville, Al. was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 3/21 at 10:03 PM. The following two arrests are the result of an investigation by the Dekalb County Drug Task Force and our department into the unlawful distribution of Marijuana and Cocaine at Mountain Trace apartment 412. The investigation resulted in a search warrant being obtained for the apartment. Marijuana and Cocaine were found in the apartment. A .25 cal. handgun was seized from one of their vehicles. Maweesshea Antwun Carter, age 25, of Fort Payne was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, and on two Dekalb Co. Warrant for Unlawful Distribution of Controlled Substances on 3/21 at 10:51 AM. Jessica Darise Sipsy, age 24, of Fort Payne was arrested for Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree on 3/21 at 10:51 AM.

4 Arrests Morgan Brena Acosta, age 28, of Fort Payne was arrested for DUI on 3/22 at 7:50 PM. Christopher Michael Cardinale, age 33, of Thompson, CT was arrested for DUI on 3/22 at 10:33 PM. Troy Wayne Rogers, age 48, of Fort Payne was arrested for Unlawful Possession of an Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage on 3/22 at 10:57 PM. Kelly Wayne Anderson, age 30, of Fyffe, Al. was arrested on a Revocation Warrant on 3/22 at 11:00 PM.

5 Arrests Luis Gabriel Arroyo, age 19, of Fort Payne was arrested for Underage Possession or Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on 3/22 at 12:59 AM. Yamoshevych O, age 37, of Rochester, NY was arrested for Public Intoxication on 3/23 at 12:31 AM. Matthew Gary Weldon, age 28, of Fort Payne was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree on 3/23 at 1:16 AM. Virves Pedro, age 21, of Fort Payne was arrested for Giving False Information to Police on 3/23 at 8:05 PM. Dionicio Ramon Jose, age 28, of Fort Payne was arrested on a Revocation Warrant on 3/23 at 7:58 PM.
