CHEROKEE COUNTY ARREST FILES FOR TUESDAY

Brandon Lee Langley, age 22 of Cedar Bluff, was charged with DUI;

Darren Ray Wilson, age 18 of Piedmont, was charged with Underage Consumption of Alcohol;

Benjamin Alan Stancil, age 19 of Gadsden, was charged with Minor in Possession of Alcohol;

Timothy Shane Maddox, 33 of Centre, was charged with Domestic Violence 3rd Degree / Harassment;

David Wayne Peppers, age 38 of Leesburg is on Hold for Etowah County authorities;

Billy Clayton Nail, age 26 of Sand Rock, was charged with Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance; Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree; and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Currently there are 65 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Jail.
